Friends Are Our Friends
As
a HealthPlex member, your friends and family members are welcome
to visit the HealthPlex with you. We ask that you register your
guests each visit at the Front Desk upon arrival. Guests ages 15 and older must present
identification. Each guest must sign a Liability Waiver each
visit. Member's guest fees are as follows:

$3.00
per day for children ages 12 and under

$6.00
per day for teens ages 13-17

$8.00
per day for adults ages 18 and over
Each
guest under the age of 18 must have a Liability Waiver signed by
his/her parent or legal guardian in order to enter the
HealthPlex. All children ages 12 and under must be directly
supervised by an adult or be under the supervision of the Play
Center staff.
Guests
are expected to behave appropriately and refrain from using
profanity in the HealthPlex.
Visitors
21 and older may visit the HealthPlex upon payment of a daily
visitor fee of $15.00. Visitors must sign a Liability Waiver each
visit.
